"Our organization is like no other. We are committed to making the world a safer, humane and peaceful planet." The core of our approach
is "The way of Oneness."
This philosophy "The Way of Oneness" is one of our most basic principles and pervades within
in all of our activities. Our open approach concentrates on individual's growth rather than on a particular dogma. This is our
emphasis because we believe that
it will also make sense to those who may not come from a Buddhist background.
The American Buddhist Sangah movement was established
for the advancement of 'Oneness', the betterment and enlightenment
of humanity for all beings regardless
their spiritual/religious/faith associations. The organization is comprised of groups of ,
educators, students, martial
arts and individuals who believe
that through compassion, meditation, prayer, education,
and action they can make a difference
in the world.
We are a group of dedicated individuals with a common vision: committed to peace, education, non-violent conflict resolution,
environmentalism, sustainability, kindness, personal empowerment, and community activism.
We are committed to expanding the philosophy
of 'Oneness'
in every aspect of our lives. Each member is a diplomat sharing
the nature of 'Oneness' in their own way. Each
diplomat will share,
teach, and explore, their understanding of the nature of 'Oneness' within their chosen media, action/non action.
They are free to move, observe, reflect, including the esoteric awareness for the way
we treat our world, neighbors, friends, family,
them selves;
and the way we consume, think, and behave.
